Do I need an account to receive badges?
No. Badges are issued to an email address. Sign in with that address whenever you like and they will be on your profile.
How does someone verify my badge?
Every issued badge has a public page and a QR code. Opening it shows the issuer, the date and whether it is still valid.
Can I hide my profile?
Yes. Set it to private in Edit profile; only people with your share link can see it.
How do I issue badges for my organization?
Register the organization from your dashboard. Once an administrator approves it you can create templates, courses and issue badges.
I changed my email address. Do I lose my badges?
No. Badges follow your account, and any badge issued to the new address is linked the next time you sign in.
